Full training and ongoing support is provided, along with operations manuals, full back office system and access to a huge selection of high quality marketing material.
You will be able to offer a package based selection of services to your customer, from a simple DIY sales pack for £99 plus VAT, right up to a full estate agency service. This, along with our Home Information Packs and Legal Services, provides you with the opportunity to offer a simple and cost effective one-stop solution.
The website is really easy to use. You will be able to log on whilst sat with your customer, describe the service plans and instruct online.
Remember, when you select a package, you simply insert your Promise Solutions Broker I.D. where prompted and your commission will automatically be paid to you at the end of the month (or upon completion if your customer selects Full Service).

Step 1 If you haven’t already done so, register with Promise Solutions to get your unique broker I.D.
Step 2 Register with The Home Portal as a “Virtual Agent” so we can get your location added to the site, send you a support line phone number and give you advice on how to maximise your income with The Home Portal.
