What is an IVA?

An IVA is a formal arrangement created between the customer, IVA practitioner and the creditors. The interest and charges are frozen, and the payment is then fixed for a maximum of 60 months to repay the creditors.

It is possible that up to 45% of the debt could be written off and at the end of the term your customer would genuinely be debt free.

How will it help my customer?

Your customer can hand these frustrating creditors over and will we do the rest. Our experienced IVA specialists will help your customer assess their monthly income and expenditure to confirm that they qualify for an IVA.

Once your customer agrees to go ahead, they can be confident that their debts have been dealt with and they are on the path to being debt free.

What do you charge?

We don't charge the customer, as we are paid a fee from the IVA practitioner.

What's in it for me?

You receive 75% of the fee received from the IVA practitioner. Your share is normally £750.

What about trust deeds?

A trust deed is similar to an IVA but applies only in Scotland. Your commission on a trust deed is £500.
