Compliance

Promise provides brokers with detailed evidence to show why a particular offer was chosen.
Once brokers have sourced a loan for their clients, they can save all evidence of their research including a detailed list of other offers available - plus loan declines with the reasons why. If the loan is reissued for any reason, Promise will create a new version for the broker’s records. We are confident that no other master broker can provide such detailed evidence to protect broker’s interests in the event of a complaint.
