Evolution qualification criteria

  • Loans from £2500 - £10,000
  • 12 – 120 month terms
  • Rates from under 20% APR for clean clients
  • Plans with Unlimited LTV requirement
  • Plans with mortgage adverse
  • 2% Commission

Clients Must:

  • Be aged 21-60 years old – (Loan must be completed by 65th Birthday)
  • Be a homeowner occupier
  • Live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland
  • Be employed for a minimum of 6 months and earn a minimum of £1000 net per month
  • Have their salary paid direct into a bank account by BAC’s
  • Working tax credits, pensions, disability living allowance, incapacity & child benefit also accepted

Evolution can also help:

  • Clients with restricted or zero equity
  • Clients with mortgage adverse where by contractual payments are being maintained
  • Clients who have maintained a debt management plan for 12 months
  • Clients who are in the armed forces
  • Clients who are self employed for at least 12 months ( require audited accounts or 6 months of current bank statements personal & business)

Mortgage adverse:

Evolution can assist clients with up to 3 months mortgage arrears where contractual payments are being met and their position is not worsening.

For loans £2500-£5000 - clients must have paid their last 3 months contractual mortgage payments.

For loans £5001-£10,000 clients must have paid their last 6 months contractual mortgage payments.

NB: Individual cases that sit outside of this criteria considered on a referral basis.

We cannot accept:

  • Clients living in shared ownership
  • Clients declared bankrupt or in an IVA
  • Customers living in Scotland or republic of Ireland
  • Contract or agency workers, paid by cash or cheque
  • Unemployed or retired people
  • Clients that do not reside at the address where the loan is to be secured
